Carbon Fiber Rims Made In House
We do not only build carbon wheels in house. We build the carbon rims too.
Every manufacturing detail is controlled inside one system, from raw fiber to the finished wheel. It is the only way to secure premium quality and ultimate performance.
Automated Rim Production
Every rim we sell is wound, cured, machined and inspected on our own line in Taiwan.
At the core of that line is our own patented dual-axis filament winding process. It is the reason a Circle rim measures the same in the first pair of the day and in the five hundredth.
Dual-Axis Filament Winding
Our own patented winding technology places continuous carbon filament onto the rim across two controlled axes, under constant programmed tension.
Fiber path, tension and placement are defined once in the program, then repeated exactly. Nothing in the layup depends on who is on shift that morning.

Rim No.1 And Rim No.1000 Are The Same Rim
Consistency is the entire point of automating this process.
Rim No.1 and rim No.200. Rim No.500 and rim No.1000. The same winding program, the same tension, the same result — day after day, batch after batch.
For a brand, that is the difference between a spec sheet and a promise you can keep.
Wound By Machine, Not Laid By Hand
Hand layup depends on the hand. Two skilled operators will not produce two identical rims, and one operator will not produce two identical rims on two different days. That variation is built into the method itself.
Automated winding removes it. Weight, dimensions and fiber placement are determined by the program rather than by the day, so what we measure on the first rim is what we measure on every rim after it.
Craftsmanship still matters here. We simply stopped asking it to do the job a machine does better.
One Line, One System, One Standard
Winding, curing, machining and inspection all happen under one roof and inside one production system.
Our rims are not sourced from an outside supplier, and a shipment is never assembled from batches built in different places. The wheels you receive this season are made the same way as the wheels you received last season.
